"Madonas Poligrāfists", formerly state-owned "Madonas tipogrāfija", was founded on June 20, 1994, by the Latvian state and Finnish printing house "Polytypos Oy", a member of "Turun Sanomat".

Currently, the company is 100% owned by the Finnish printing house "Polytypos Oy".

Production facilities are located in Madona. For customer convenience, service centers are located in Madona, Riga or Daugavpils.
